Welcome to the home of
Celtic runners!
“Building a tradition one
mile at a time.”
For anyone who constantly asks themselves the
question: “Why do I run?” and no matter how many times they are
asked, cannot find the right answer [or any answer for that
matter]. We don’t know why. We just do it.

Though many cross-country runners claim to be
unsure as to why they run cross-country, most agree that there
is an addicting factor to it. “Everyone loves it but they have
no idea why. I guess it’s just one of the more satisfying sports
when it goes well. When you work really hard and it pays off, it
really feels good, even if you might not be able to walk up the
stairs for a few weeks.”

We’re bringing XC back!
You know you’re a XC runner if …
-
You roll your eyes when people
say, “You run three miles…at once?”
-
You come up with weird answers
to questions like “Why do you run so much?”
-
All your socks or worn or
torn.
-
You run through puddles
instead of around them.
-
You wear skimpier clothes than
Madonna.
-
You know what sweat tastes
like.
-
You hate when people say track
and XC are the same thing.
-
You take the gym class 1 mile
easy and still beat everyone by a lot.
-
You have some cool looking tan
lines.
-
Your calves are bigger than
your biceps.
-
You need to pee every 15
minutes because…
-
You drink more water in a day
than most people drink in a week.
-
Your team is like family.
